A moveable is a car in some states they have changed the to motor vehicle or just vehicle it depends on the state but it’s just the way they worded it years ago and some times you can get away with the law if it is not that specific.
I don’t think this law is stupid or dumb for if I am in my bed sleep and someone takes my car rather I know them or not I would not like that. Due to the fact that if they are not on my insurance and they wreck my car than that means that I am responsible for getting whatever damages may accure to my car and the other car fixed. So I don’t find this law is that stupid or dumb at all. I have a friend that is facing this crime at this moment and I wish he wasn’t in jail I’d rather for him to be here but if you break the law then you have to face the law for your actions. ~Simple~
A movable is anthing that can be moved or is not attatched to land. This law simply means it is against the law to “borrow” anything without someone’s knowledge or permission. Whether it is furiture, tools, a vehicle, etc…
