You may not use your bathroom if the window is open
better suck it up and deal with your own stink because it’s illegal to open the window when you are using the bathroom.
11.40.050 Urination and Human Waste.
No person shall urinate or defecate on private property in any area exposed to the public view, or on any public street, sidewalk, alley, park, or other public place, except in a public or private restroom.
