May I remind you that the plague sometimes rears it’s ugly head in the national park. Chipmunks are cute and sometimes deadly… Why mess with rats? Fleas don’t know the difference, and really don’t care.
You can’t abuse any animals, unless being attacked by them I would think.
And just to stop the idiot that I feel coming soon to make a dumb comment: Insects, bacteria and viruses are bordering extreme even for environmentalists like myself. So unless you practice Janism, you probably have no qualms over it. Learn to read between the lines.
