Tallahassee Florida Panhandlers License

It’s crazy when us homeless people are trying to get some money to eat and trying get a hotel room or to do laundry. There are people who shouldn’t be out there to panhandle for beer cause then they act all stupid. I wouldn’t give a panhandler that looks drunk and stinking and dirty money cause I am not supporting their habit. I would put my money for laundry, food, etc….. I don’t drink, smoke and do drugs. The police should not keep harassing us if we are trying to get a few dollars. We can’t find a job cause there are too many Mexicans and Cubans that have our jobs. The police should help us out not mess with us. They need to care about the homeless cause they could be one paycheck away from being homeless themselves

Why should there be one? The homeless have it hard enough, why try to make it harder for them? Its not like they would be legitimate source of income for the city, if they had money to be an income source, they wouldn’t be homeless.
