Officers are required by law to kill all feral cats

If a policeman spots a cat running at large on any streets, ally or public place, it is his duty as a cop to exterminate the feline.

    If these stinking pet-owners took responsibility for the cats, we would not have to kill them.

    Why are animal control officers not ordered to also shoot + kill feral or free roaming cats??
