My social studies techer told us this one. It’s not illegal in the whole state, I think he said it was just illegal in Seattle or some other city, I forgot. And then he said that it’s not like you’ll be sucking on a lolllipop and a police officer will just say “DROP THE LOLLIPOP! PUT YOUR HANDS WHERE I CAN SEE THEM!!” lol
Just because it’s not enforced doesn’t mean it’s legal. There’s plenty of laws that aren’t enforced.
THEY SELL LOLLIPOPS ALL OVER IN WASHINGTON..HOW IS IT AGAINST THE LAW..MAYBE A CERTAIN KIND OF LOLLIPOP LIKE THE NICOTINE LOLLIPOP BUT AS FOR CANDY ONES..NO WAY

Weird! I tell ya, there are some really strange laws here in Washington. I have lived here almost all my life and had never heard of this one (hee hee).
Lollipops laced with narcotics given to children before major surgery are prohibited.
I thought this law was hilarious, so I did my own research. On another site, someone thought large lollipops were illegal, because they were not sold anywhere. Not true. Large lollipops are for sale just about everywhere you find tourists.
