I guess it’s tazer or 357 magnum in this town…
Sec. 14-7. Annoying substances or devices; use, sale, possession. It shall be unlawful to sell, or keep on hand for sale, or offer for sale, or use, or possess in the city or its police district, any substances or articles commonly known as itch powder, sneeze powder, stink bombs or similar substances or articles. (Ord. of 11-20-34, § 1)

Pepper spray is a non-leathel means of surpressing a situation before it get’s out of hand. It’s widely used by law enforcement world wide to control minnor situation’s. Many people,especially women carry a key chain cannister of pepper spray these days as a means of protecting themselfs. And with the rise of personal attacks on women,I highly reccomended that all women purchase one and have it with them at all time’s when out and about. Please check your local state laws in regards to owning said item.
Pepper spray is not the same as itching powder. It’s also not an “annoying substance”. Why do people not understand simple English on this site?
