This law isn’t exactly fake, although it isn’t written correctly. Poster Alex almost has it right. It’s actually kind of confusing and stupid. You can have a maximum of 3 cats, or 3 dogs, but the sum of the number of cats and dogs cannot exceed 5. This means you can have 3 cats and 2 dogs, but if you have 4 cats and 1 dog, then you are breaking the law. It so so so so so so stupid.
I don’t agree i seen on Animal Planet how they say its 3 dogs max and 3 cats so you can have 6 and i don’t think it applies to other animals such as fish.
