WHAT! the river even isn’t that wide
I’m sorry, this is a really stupid law. If you look at a map of delaware there is no body of water you cant actually swim across. the C&D canal, trap pond, lums pond, carousel state park… I mean c’mon its all marsh and farm anyway…
