That is so not illegal. i have seen cops eating chicken at a reaturaunt with a fork. Also if you couldnt use a fork, what would u use?

The Gainesville City Commission adopted an ordinance in 1961 as a publicity stunt that banned the eating of fried chicken within the city limits with anything but one’s fingers.
