This is actually a semi-good law. Sanford doesn’t outlaw public nudity although private nudity is banned statewide.
first of all, there ar eover 50 proper ways to spell his name. shakespeare is the most common, however. second, i dont think this law is that stupid.
You’d better brush up on your Shakespeare also. His name ends with an E.
