No operator of a bicycle shall tow or draw any coaster, sled, person on roller skates, wagon, toy vehicle or other similar vehicle on any public road, sidewalk or public place.

316.2065 (4)?No person riding upon any bicycle, coaster, roller skates, sled, or toy vehicle may attach the same or himself or herself to any vehicle upon a roadway. This subsection does not prohibit attaching a bicycle trailer or bicycle semitrailer to a bicycle if that trailer or semitrailer is commercially available and has been designed for such attachment.

I attach a wagon to my bike all the time to collect aluminum on bulk pickup day and I aint got stopped yet.
Yes but what about those of us who are long distance cyclists who employ a cycle trailer?
The law does not descriminate between idiots and people who use equipment designed for a legitimate purpose. AND the idea that law enforcement officials can be reasonable when writing citations is absolutely insane.
There is way too much room in this ordinance for abusive cops…
