The law states that daylight must be visible between two dance partners on the dance floor.

    thats because the people that settled utah were basicly backwoods puritanical new-englanders who left the stick to hide in the desert and then procided to make crazy laws. cromwell did not like danceing either and old time southern babtist have the same mindset which is misery loves company.
