Attachment of objects to utility poles.It shall be unlawful to attach to utility poles any of the following: Advertising signs, posters, vending machines, or any similar object which presents a hazard to, or endangers the lives of, electrical workers. Any attachment to utility poles shall only be made with the permission of the utility involved, and shall be placed not less than twelve feet above the surface of the ground.

This law actually makes sense if you don’t want six newspaper vending machines chained to utility poles so the company can’t get their ladders against it safely or whatever.
who the hell is gonna do that anyways thats like saying some random guy with a vending matchen that he has been carring around all day is just gonna put it there lol what the hell man think of the laws b-4 puting it in the book!!!

Well, if the refrigerant pump is incorrectly grounded and passes current through a metal pole, you done screwed up. I think the local residents without power would be pretty pissed.
