Before you break a law, you must contact the chief of police!

Appearantly, if you’re a motorist with criminal intentions you MUST stop near the city limits and call the chief of police before entering town.

    Municipal Code of Bellingham, Washington. That’s where I got my Criminal Justice degree, and can verify this is still on the books (as of a year ago)

    “ummm, yes…officer? I wanted to let you know, in about 10 to 15 minutes I will be pulling through your lil town, and wanted to let you know that I was gonna hold up the bank. Is that okay with you? Just wanted to let you know ahead of time, dont want to break the law or anything.” Are you kidding me?
