Find a new place to loiter as standing outside a police station after dark is prohibited.
131.03 LOITERING NEAR JAILS AND POLICE STATIONS.
It shall be unlawful for any person, under pretext of exercising his right to be on the public streets, to loiter on or near the premises of any jail or police station of the Town for the purpose of prying therein or holding surreptitious communication with any of the inmates of the jail or police station, or to loiter on or near the premises for any purpose during the hours of darkness.

its says u cant loiter outside well we just experienced a bad time with this no good law enforcement where I live I was arrested for defending myself and I never touched the man but he stood in my face almost nose to nose and was trying to set me up an undercover im sure of it anyways im a small women but im never scared they took me to jail and take my knifes and other weapons from me they are not nice nore do they really care whats going on they are hoping that im a druggy witch im not just drinking and yelling at some fake drunk, but aways my bro is in a wheel chair and we walk everywhere he was sitting at the police dep, waiting for me to be relisted when they tell him he well go to jail for loitering in the police dep if he doesn’t leave now in the pouring rain at 3am , then they did something great they sole stuff of mine and one department took the other half I didn’t know it was normal for the sheriffs dep to travel with the city cops and then spilt evidence between two different offices and I thought that they were to keep belongings together , oh then relies me and say you don’t have my phone knifes and I have every right to have them on me I have no record so as I threw a fit about my phone they arrested me again in the lobby and they didn’t like my mean ass voice to the bitch cop so she starts pushing me to the counter saying that I need to stand still I never moved only my mouth oh and her partner puts me in koffs and twists my writs for no reason and my hand is hurt and I have to tell him to stop please ur hurting me my hand and writs are still bruised and in pain cuz they took my phone and that’s are system these days , this jail over here shit im worried that they might try and plaint my stuff at a seen and try to get me for fun , cuz that’s what it is over here they let bads go and keep the ones they want under there thumb they can try but they well not win, god well see this he can handle these power seeking cops that care about nothing out here
sounds like a bullshit southern law. the south has a heavy hand and a tradicion of tring to get around the federal consitution right to assimble
This law is not stupid. It is quite obviously written to discourage people from trying to break prisoners out of jail. Do you really want the police to catch someone secretly talking to a prisoner and just say, “No, don’t do that”? There needs to be some way to stop it. If it is so important, go inside the jail and talk where they can record the conversation.
