I’m not going to debate if this is or is not a law, but if it is in deed, as many of you suggest and claim to have researched, then why not post the ordinance / statute / section number and text. A search for “black” on the Denver’s code of ordinances online revealed nothing of the sort.

This is a true law, but is not enforced I drive a black car all the time because it’s the only car I own
IT IS ENFORCED JONNY BOY! Sorry for being harsh but IT IS!!! IS IT 100% BLACK?! My friend Christoph said that he saw 100% black cars driving and I said well they must’ve not been caught. I know about 65x more about dumb laws then he does.
