that may very well be there missy….but when your and your kid (should you have one) are walking down the street and some punk wanna-be teenager is in front of you with his panys hanging half off his ass with his crack showing, that’s just wrong….lolol…and it’s indecent exposure as well. or at least it should be…LOL
Simply unconstitutional. Saggy pants are tacky but the law should focus on the crimes that actually cause harm to society. Baggy pants are an entirely separate issue.
