Nudity is legal in Providence. So, this is a common sense law.
You have it backwards. Your clothing cannot be transparent; it must be opaque, meaning you cannot see through it. So it will hide your machete and machine gun just fine. However, such clothing also includes eyewear, which would make it hard to see where you’re going.
OH! Come On! How else am I supposed to hide a new machette or handgun?
