It’s illegal to sell gasoline to person under the influence of liquor

SECTION 8-124. SALE OF GASOLINE TO INTOXICATED PERSON. No person shall sell, loan, give or deliver gasoline to any person under the influence of intoxicating liquor. (Orig. Ord. 2202).
