No driving within an arms length of alcohol…
|Put your drunk passenger in the trunk because it’s illegal even if it’s in someone else’s blood stream. Don’t get that DUI for driving them home!

Not true. You can drive someone drunk around, just can’t have open containers. It’s a safety thing. If it’s not open you can’t drink.
Actually, if you never lived in Lubbock Texas, you wouldn’t believe this law. I think it is very well possible. Sex shops are to be located out of the county. For selling inside the county a girl I knew had to register as a sex offender. No opened bottles (liquor or beer) may be carried in the vehicle, so if your friends are drinking in your car and your not guess what everyone goes to jail because of the open containers. So I could believe the drinkers blood. They don’t want drunks at all. It took till 2000 something for the county to become wet lol. We drove out to what we called the strip to get our beer, liquor and wine lol it would be all lit up like Vegas and they were like a drive through. Never had to leave your seat if you knew what you wanted. Pinky’s is my favorite.
Ive lived in texas my whole lifa and happen to know that this is a lie and its deffinately not illeagal in Texas to have a designated driver or they wouldnt advise you to do so
If it was illegal to be within 5 feet of someone with alcohol in their system there wouldn’t be cops sitting outside the bars to make sure noone who has been drinking is driving.
I think that there is also a law against cutting someone’s head off.
On another note: It should be illegal for alcohol to be within 100 feet of any voting booth (during an election)
Thats Freaking retarted what am i going to do cut their head off and drink their blood damn
sorry mom you’ll have to stay at the bar tonight
