(a) A person commits an offense if he engages in deviate sexual intercourse with another individual of the same sex.
(b) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.

actuyally in 2003 after two men were arrested for having gay sex in one of their own private apartments the US Supreme court deemed this law unconstitutional, and a massive invasion of privacy, and destroyed it

i live in scotland and there are no laws against homosexuality that i know of but in my high school the deputy head noticed 2 girls giving eachother a kiss goodbye. he went mental. he forced them to stay atleast 1m apart at all times. thats jst sick! what do u think?

The Bible does not forbid homosexuality, that was man when the King James Version of the Bible was printed.

Actually the old testament didn’t say anywhere in it that being gay was against god. The new testament does but that was in the middle ages when the churches were battling for political power; there for, many many paragraphs from the bible are wrongly translated since the first bibles were in latin. It’s merely a translation error.

This is NOT an Anti-Lesbian Law this is an Anti-Homosexual law. Not all homosexuals are female, thier are also males, therefore, this law applies to both men and women. So it’s illegal to participate in homosexual intercourse (gay and/or lesbian) in Texas.
