I guess Alabama is the only state to actually require you to have a windshield wiper on your car…

Why they made a law specifically requiring windshield wipers is beyond me. I guess NASCAR is in big trouble since I don’t recall any of them having windshield wipers on those cars.

    Yell, I got ticketed because of this one. The state police said, “it is a violation of the seatbelt law to have your wife on the hood of the truck as the wiper though.” My response was, “the kids car seat would leave a dent so what else was I suppose to do?”

    Funny thing is, by law, you are required to have windshield wipers, yet there is no law requiring you to have a windshield!!
